We operate as a private placement, outside public crowdfunding, capping each project at 149 investors. That means faster processes, directly negotiated terms and full information on every property.
What's the minimum investment?+
You can invest between €1,500 and €25,000 per project. There are no joining fees and no subscription commissions.
How do I receive the profits from my investment?+
Dividends are distributed in exact proportion to the capital you invested, once the project completes and the property is sold or let, following the timeline set out in each deal memo.
What legal protection is in place?+
Every operation is formalised by contract, with the property and the corporate structure identified in the project deal memo. Your position is registered and auditable at any time.
What are the risks of investing in property?+
Real estate investing carries risk, including the partial or total loss of the capital invested. Timelines and indicated returns are estimates and are not a guarantee of return.
